Amrik S Rai has been Selling Real Estate in Vancouver area since 1975. In the early years he sold residential Real Estate and Investment land.

In around 1979 he started selling Income Producing Properties (apartment buildings, shopping centres and office buildings) in Greater Vancouver, Lower Mainland and across Canada.

Amrik Started his Real Estate Courier with Block Bros. Realty in Richmond, worked with Century 21, owned and operated Income Realty Inc from 1987 to 2002. Since then has been with Royal Pacific Realty, Oakridge office, where he was consistently top producer in among approximately 1000 realtors. Amrik is currently licensed with Income Realty.
